Third Time IOF Confiscates Palestinian Flag from Lajee Center

Israeli occupation forces stormed the Lajee Center in Aida Refugee Camp, Bethlehem, at 11:30 PM on the night of September 14, 2024, and removed the Palestinian flagpole from the rooftop, stealing it. This marks the third time the Israeli army has carried out this provocative act.
According to eyewitnesses, occupation forces entered the area surrounding the Lajee Center and ascended to the rooftop, where they removed the Palestinian flagpole and took it before withdrawing from the site. This operation is part of ongoing efforts to target Palestinian institutions and national symbols, such as the Palestinian flag, which represents a symbol of resilience and defiance.
This marks the third time that the Lajee Center has been targeted, underscoring the ongoing policy of repression and attempts to undermine Palestinian national identity in the refugee camps.
